Traditional Thai Massage
This is an ancient healing craft that has been practiced in Thailand for more than 2000 years. It is based on the notion of sen or energy lines. Thai massage uses movement, stretching and direct pressure to acupressure points to either open or constrict different sen to correct the flow of life energy.
The benefits of Thai massage are muscle flexibility, increased range of motion, decreased stress/anxiety, scar tissue and pain, and improved sleep. It will offer you an energy boost and help heal your injuries.
Thai massage is performed on a floor mat. You are fully clothed. (pants without restricting movement and t-shirt). -
Thai Oil Massage ( Combination of Thai Massage and Swedish Massage )
Thai Oil Massage is a gentler form of Thai Massage that uses oil. Oil massage is the rubbing and kneading of muscles and joints of the body using massage oils to relieve tension or pain. This is a very popular massaging technique used all over the world. Oil massages can be very relaxing and are more gentle than traditional Thai massaging.
Massaging usually takes place on a massage table. Since the massage involves rubbing oil into the body, the recipient of the massage will be given a wrap to keep private parts private (with underwear on). As mentioned above, oil massaging uses gentle rubbing and kneading instead of the more powerful movements used in Thai massaging. The use of oils can have a strong effect and make the skin soften. Moreover, oil massage can improve blood circulation, relax the body, and calm the mind.

Deep Tissue Oil Massage + Hot Stones on Back & Neck
Deep tissue massage is a technique that focuses on penetrating the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissues. It involves applying firm pressure, slow deliberate strokes to relieve chronic tension and ease pain. Therapists may use their fingers, hands, forearms, elbows, or specialized tools to target specific areas of discomfort. This helps to break down adhesions and scar tissue that can limit movement and cause pain. By utilizing methods like stripping, friction, and cross-fiber strokes, experience the soothing warmth of hot stones, expertly applied to your back and neck ,the therapist works to realign muscle fibers and improve blood flow throughout the body.
