Booking Policies

On Arrival

  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your first scheduled treatment

  • You are required to fill out the health history form at your first appointment and will be asked about your specific needs before the appointment begins. The information will be used by the practitioner to tailor your massage based on your specific needs (example: any pain you are experiencing)

    • If you don’t have any specific problem and only require a full body massage, that’s ok too!

Late Arrival

If you arrive late, we reserve the right to curtail your appointment time. We reserve the right to charge at the full rate of your booking to respect our practitioner’s time and to respect our next clients’ appointments.

Cancellation/ No-Shows

We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, for any reason, ( illness, injury, emergency …) you will be charged 100% of your deposit.

Gift certificates are available for purchase in-person. Gift certificates are non-refundable and valid for 1 years from the date purchased. Please advise us of the gift certificate upon booking and please present the gift certificate before your session.

We accept cash, Interac and credit card (VISA and Mastercard).

We Do Not Accept American Express

Credit card transaction has a transaction fee of 3 %.

Please note to complete your appointment with your full name, phone number and email information are required.

NOTICE : Clients may need to provide a $ 50 Interac e-Transfer deposit to complete booking a 60 or 90 minute and

$100 for 120 minute. Failure to complete the deposit will result in your booked reservation and your session being cancelled.

Once your reservation is booked and your deposit has been verified. You will receive reminder via text or email before your scheduled appointment.
